Noodle Games ("we," "us," or "our") built the Colour Puzzle Adventure game as a free game. This service is provided by Noodle Games at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page explains what data the game collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

 

1. Information We Collect

 

You do not need to create an account, and we never ask for personal details like your name, email address, phone number, or contacts. The game does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, or precise location.

 

The game does collect a limited amount of technical and gameplay information needed to keep the app working, improve it, and (in future versions) serve ads:

 

· Device & session information — device model, manufacturer, operating system version, app version, language, country (derived from IP address), and an anonymous installation ID generated by the analytics SDK.

 

· Gameplay events — which levels you start, complete, or fail; in-game actions such as hints used or levels replayed; time spent in different areas of the app. This information is not linked to your real identity.

 

· Advertising identifiers (applies only once ads are introduced in a future release) — your device's advertising ID (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA), used by ad networks to limit how often you see the same ad and, where permitted, to show more relevant ads. You can reset or limit this identifier at any time in your device settings.

 

· Save data — your game progress is stored locally on your device. It is not transmitted to our servers.

 

 

2. Third-Party Services

 

We use the following third-party services to operate and improve the game. Each receives only the information described above, and only to the extent needed for the service to function.

3. How We Use the Information

 

We use the information we collect to:

 

· Keep the game running and fix bugs.

 

· Understand how players progress so we can balance difficulty and design new levels.

 

· Deliver updates and new content to your device.

 

· (Future) Show ads that support continued free development of the game.

 

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to running the game.

 

 

4. Children's Privacy

 

The game is suitable for all ages and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). When ads are introduced in a future release, we will configure our ad partners to show only non-personalised ads to users who indicate they are under 13, in line with COPPA, GDPR-K, and the Google Play Families policy. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

 

 

5. Your Choices

 

· Limit ad tracking. In your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking) you can reset or opt out of personalised advertising.

 

· Uninstall the game. Uninstalling removes all locally stored save data. Analytics events already sent cannot be tied back to you because they were never linked to your real identity.

 

· Contact us to request information about, or deletion of, any data associated with your installation ID. We will respond within 30 days.

 

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, especially as we add features such as ads or new third-party services. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above.
