Privacy Policy - Colour Puzzle Adventure Game
Effective: 19 August 2026
Colour Puzzle Adventure is made by Noodle Games. This policy explains what the game collects, who it is shared with, and what you can do about it. It covers the Colour Puzzle Adventure mobile app on Android and iOS.
Colour Puzzle Adventure has no accounts and no sign-in. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, photos, contacts or location, and we have no way to identify you personally.
1. Information We Collect
On your device only — never sent to us. Your progress (levels completed, stars, streaks, coins), your settings (music, sound effects), and your saved artwork are stored on your device. Deleting the app deletes them.
Sent to our analytics, crash-reporting and advertising providers:
- Gameplay events — such as a level starting, being completed or failed, a hint used, a replay watched, coins earned or spent, and when an advert is offered or shown. These describe what happened in the game, not who you are.
- App and device information — app version, device model and manufacturer, operating system version, screen language, and country or region (derived from IP address; we do not store your IP).
- A random app instance identifier — generated by Google Firebase to tell one installation from another. It is not your name, your account or a device serial number, and it is reset if you reinstall the game.
- Crash diagnostics — if the game crashes, we receive the technical details of the failure: the point in the code, the device model and operating system, available memory, and how long the app had been running. Crash reporting is switched on only after you have responded to the consent prompt (see section 5).
- Advertising identifiers — your device's advertising identifier … is used by two of our providers:
Google AdMob, to show adverts. Because the game is treated as child-directed (section 4), this identifier is used only to deliver non-personalised adverts, to limit how often you see the same advert, and to prevent fraud — never to build an advertising profile of you or to target adverts based on your behaviour.
Google Firebase Analytics, as part of measuring how the game is played.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise or coarse location, contacts, photos, microphone audio, files, or browsing history.
2. Third-Party Services
Colour Puzzle Adventure uses the following services. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles the data it receives.
| Service | Purpose | Main data it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Google Firebase Analytics |
Counts gameplay events so we can see which levels are too hard and where players stop. Exported to Google BigQuery for our own analysis. | Gameplay events, app/device info, Firebase app-instance ID, advertising identifier |
| Google Firebase Crashlytics |
Reports crashes so we can fix them (consent-gated — see section 5) | Crash diagnostics, app/device info |
| Google Firebase Remote Config |
Delivers game settings and difficulty tuning without a new app release | App/device info, Firebase app-instance ID |
| GameAnalytics |
Additional gameplay analytics (our longest-running record of how levels play) | Gameplay events, app/device info, installation ID |
| Google AdMob |
Shows adverts in the game (how the game is paid for) | Device info, coarse network info, advertising identifier, advert interactions |
| Cloudflare |
Delivers game content and level updates (content delivery network) | IP address |
| Expo EAS Update |
Delivers over-the-air app updates | App version, device info |

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone other than the providers above.
Each of these providers operates under its own privacy policy, available on their websites.
3. How We Use the Information
To see which levels are too hard or too easy, and to balance the game.
To find and fix crashes and performance problems.
To count how many people play, and how often, in aggregate.
To show adverts, which is how the game is paid for.
We do not use this information to build a profile about you, to target advertising at you personally, or to contact you.
4. Children's Privacy
Colour Puzzle Adventure is treated as a game directed to children, for every player. We do not ask your age, and we do not need to: the game applies the strictest advert setting to everyone.
Adverts are non-personalised for all players, always. The game hard-sets Google's child-directed treatment (COPPA) and restricts advert content to a general-audience (G) rating, so AdMob may not use behavioural profiling to choose what you are shown.
The advertising identifier is never used for behavioural advertising. For adverts it is used only for non-personalised delivery, frequency capping and fraud prevention. It is also collected by Firebase Analytics as part of gameplay measurement (see section 1).
This is intended to meet the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the UK and EU GDPR provisions on children's data (GDPR-K), and the Google Play Families policy.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address in section 7 and we will delete it.
5. Your Choices
Turn off music and sound effects at any time in the game's Settings.
Delete the app. Uninstalling removes all locally stored progress, settings and saved artwork.
Consent (EEA/UK). Where required, the game shows a consent form when you first open it. Your choice controls crash-reporting collection and advert personalisation. Gameplay analytics (Firebase Analytics and GameAnalytics) are collected from the moment the game starts.
Control advertising at the device level. Android: Settings → Google → Ads (reset or delete your advertising ID). iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Ask us.
Contact us at the address in section 7 with any request about your data. We aim to respond within 30 days.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
If we change what the game collects, we will update this policy and change the effective date at the top. Material changes will be reflected in the app's store listing as well.
