Privacy Policy
- Bubble Run
Effective: 20 August 2026
Bubble Run is made by Noodle Games. This policy explains what the game collects, who it is shared with, and what you can do about it. It covers the Bubble Run mobile app on Android and iOS. Bubble Run has no accounts and no sign-in. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, photos, contacts or location, and we have no way to identify you personally.
1. Information We Collect
On your device only — never sent to us. Your progress (levels completed, rank, gems collected), your settings (music, sound effects, vibration) and your mini-game high scores are stored on your device. Deleting the app deletes them. Sent to our analytics and crash-reporting providers:
Gameplay events — such as a level starting, being completed or failed, gems earned or spent, and when an advert is shown. These describe what happened in the game, not who you are.
App and device information — app version, device model, operating system version, screen language and country or region.
A random app instance identifier — generated by Google Firebase to tell one installation from another. It is not your name, your account or a device serial number, and it is reset if you reinstall the game.
Crash diagnostics — if the game crashes, we receive the technical details of the failure: the point in the code it happened, the device model and operating system, available memory, and how long the app had been running.
We do not collect advertising identifiers. Bubble Run is treated as directed to children for every player (see section 4), so the Android Advertising ID and the iOS Advertising Identifier are not collected or transmitted by the game.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise or coarse location, contacts, photos, microphone audio, files, or browsing history.
2. Third-Party Services
Bubble Run uses the following services. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles the data it receives.
Google Firebase Analytics — counts gameplay events so we can see which levels are too hard and where players stop playing. https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Google Firebase Crashlytics — reports crashes so we can fix them. https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Google Firebase Remote Config — delivers game settings and level updates without needing a new app release. https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Google AdMob — shows adverts in the game. AdMob receives the information needed to select and display an advert, such as device type, country and coarse network information. https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone other than the providers above.
3. How We Use the Information
To see which levels are too hard or too easy, and to balance the game.
To find and fix crashes and performance problems.
To count how many people play, and how often, in aggregate.
To show adverts, which is how the game is paid for.
We do not use this information to build a profile about you, to target advertising at you personally, or to contact you.
4. Children's Privacy
Bubble Run is treated as a game directed to children, for every player. We do not ask your age, and we do not need to: the game applies the strictest setting to everyone.
Adverts are non-personalised for all players, always. The game hard-sets Google's child-directed treatment and restricts advert content to a general audience rating, so AdMob may not use behavioural profiling to choose what you are shown.
No advertising identifiers are collected or transmitted (see section 1).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and there is nowhere in the game to enter any.
This is intended to meet the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the UK and EU GDPR provisions on children's data (GDPR-K), and the Google Play Families policy. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address in section 7 and we will delete it.
5. Your Choices
Turn off music, sound effects and vibration at any time in the game's Settings.
Erase everything using "Reset Progress" in Settings, which permanently deletes your saved progress, rank and gems on the device.
Delete the app. Uninstalling removes all locally stored data.
Control advertising at the device level. Android: Settings → Google → Ads. iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Ask us. Contact us at the address in section 7 with any request about your data.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
If we change what the game collects, we will update this policy and change the effective date at the top. Material changes will be reflected in the app's store listing as well.
